1,200 MW Hamitabat Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for Hamitabat 1200 MW Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

The Plant is comprised in two units. Each unit is based on a single-shaft configuration, comprising of one gas turbine, one steam turbine, one generator (SGT5-8000H Gas Turbine, SST5-5000 Steam Turbine, SGen5-3000W Generator) and one Heat Recovery Steam Generator. The units are utilizing the existing dry cooling towers as a part of cooling system. Electricity is transferred to the grid via the existing substation which was refurbished.

EPC Contract’s scope covers procurement of all major equipment as well as other auxiliary equipment and conceptual and detail engineering of the plant, civil and electro-mechanical installation works, test and commissioning works, and training of the Employer’s staff.

853 MW Ic Anadolu Combined Cycle Power Plant

Construction of a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) in Kırıkkale, Turkey with a total power output of 853 MW is realized for İç Anadolu Doğalgaz Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. is implemented on a turnkey basis.

GE STAG 209 9FB MS, is used in the power plant which is designed for 30 years lifespan. GAMA Power Systems and GE Energy as consortium undertakes the responsibility of supply and erection of 2 GE 9FB gas turbines, 1 GE steam turbines, 2 Doosan HRSG’s, Air Cooled Condenser, 380 kV HV switchyard as well as all balance of plant equipment under an EPC contract. Within this scope, basic & detail design of the power plant, civil works, structural, electro mechanical works, erection, installation of electrical, instrumentation & control systems, test and commissioning, start-up works and training of the Employer’s personnel performed in the course of project.

İç Anadolu Combined Cycle Power Plant generates about 6,300 GWh Energy which corresponds 2.5% of total national Energy consumption and almost 50% of Ankara’s energy consumption.

870 MW Erzin Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for 870 MW Erzin Combined Cycle Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

Combined cycle power plant in one multi-shaft arrangement. Power plant is comprised of two GE 209FB gas turbine, Skoda MTD60 steam türbine, three GE 330H generator, with associated Doosan Heat Recovery Steam Generators.
EPC Contract’s scope covers procurement of all major equipment as well as other auxiliary equipment, and conceptual and detail engineering of the plant, civil and electro-mechanical installation works, test and commissioning works and training of the Employer’s staff.

Isdemir – 6 & 7 Steam Boiler Project

Engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of two steam boilers with a capacity of 250 ton/hr at the İskenderun Iron and Steel Works Company.

TUPRAS 10F/105A Steam Boiler Retubing Works

Re-tubing and repair of pressure and non pressure parts of 10F-105A Steam Boiler in Tupras Refinery in Izmit. This boiler was originally built in 1997 by GAMA and had suffered an extensive damage due to an accident on February 2006.

Entek Izmit Cogeneration Plant HRSG

Turnkey EPC project for installation of two pressure HRSG behind GE LM6000 PC Sprint type Gas Turbine and by-pass stack at İzmit Electric Power Generation Plant.

Pressure and output of HRSG; HP: 55 bara/14,5 ton/hr.

2×8 MW Cumra Sugar Factory Power Plant

GAMA Power Systems implemented turnkey design, supply and construction of a coal fired power plant, comprising 2 sets Babcock & Wilcox licensed 75 ton/hr (38 bar (a), 425°C) steam supply. Circulated Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler, 2 sets Siemens steam turbine generators and one ea. 38 bar (a), 425°C steam supply, 60 ton/hr. capacity package type boiler, coal and limestone storage buildings including all auxiliary components.

38 MW Ayen Ostim Combined Cycle Power Plant

GAMA Power Systems performed turnkey design, supply and construction of a natural gas fired combined cycle power plant, comprising GE (USA) LM2500 PY+DLE double shaft aeroderative gas turbine, Thermodyn (France) steam turbine and Aalborg Engineering (Denmark) HRSG (generating 30 tons/hr of high pressure and 7 tons/hr of low pressure steam), including all auxiliary components.
