The supply, installation and erection of HRSG and diverter system for the behind of a Frame 6 Turbine by exporting to free zone.
Modification of 2 existing HRSG, were erected by BWG in 1997, by adding a new HP two pressure level for steam generation.
Project is completed 45 days before the date on the contract.
GAMA Power Systems implemented turnkey design, supply and construction of a coal fired power plant, comprising 2 sets Babcock & Wilcox licensed 75 ton/hr (38 bar (a), 425°C) steam supply. Circulated Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler, 2 sets Siemens steam turbine generators and one ea. 38 bar (a), 425°C steam supply, 60 ton/hr. capacity package type boiler, coal and limestone storage buildings including all auxiliary components.
GAMA Power Systems performed turnkey design, supply and construction of a natural gas fired combined cycle power plant, comprising GE (USA) LM2500 PY+DLE double shaft aeroderative gas turbine, Thermodyn (France) steam turbine and Aalborg Engineering (Denmark) HRSG (generating 30 tons/hr of high pressure and 7 tons/hr of low pressure steam), including all auxiliary components.
2 pcs. package type boiler ve BOP systems supply and Ankara delivery, 2 supervisor and 2 welder 2 months site works.
Supply and installation of Enerjisa Adana Combined Cycle Power Plant auxiliary steam boilers and turn key basis supply belongs to these systems.
HRSG Boiler and Exhaust by pass system supply, commissioning and training for Owner’s personnel.
Modernization of existing plant system turnkey basis.
Based on PPA, the project is a fully privately financed and constructed on turn-key basis with two significant phases:
- Construction of 150 MW (established capacity) combined cycle diesel power plant (consist of 13 each 11 MW engines and one 9.5 MW steam turbune & generator),
- Operation of the power plant for 5 years with 8,760 hr/year and 130 MW-100% availability.
EPC contract includes all basic & detailed design of the power plant, procurement of all power plant equipment, all civil, structural works, all mechanical erection works, installation of all electrical, instrumentation and control systems. The contract also includes commissioning, start-up works and training of client’s personnel.
Operation of the plant is also in the scope of GAMA.
